Diablo IV: Where to Use Murmuring Obols

Diablo IV has a number of new features from the previous Diablo games and one of the new features is a new currency named Murmuring Obols. This new currency is very useful as it can be used to get yourself a new powerful armor, weapon, or items that will help you increase your Gear Stats. Murmuring Obols can also be used to get yourself the Whispering Keys that can be used to unlock certain locked chests scattered around the World of Sanctuary.

In this guide, we’ll tell you where to use Murmuring Obols in Diablo IV.

Where to Use Murmuring Obols in Diablo IV

Murmuring Obols is a new currency introduced in Diablo IV which works like Blood Shards from the Diablo III game. The main use of Murmuring Obols is to exchange it with a vendor named Purveyor of Curiosities. This vendor can be found in all the major settlements of the Fractured Peaks region as well as in some small towns located in the World of Sanctuary. The main Settlements where you can find Purveyor of Curiosities in the early game are Kyovashad and Yelesna.

You will visit both of these towns as you progress through the main story of the game. Once there, look for a bag icon on the map, and by going to the location, you will find a mysterious vendor. Talk to the vendor and he will offer you a random powerful weapon/armor of your choice for 50 Murmuring Obols. If you have the required number of Murmuring Obols then we definitely recommend you exchange them because who knows what powerful weapon you get for your class.

How to Get Murmuring Obols

For those who are wondering where you can get the Murmuring Obols from then you can earn it by taking part in the World Events happening around the World of Sanctuary. There are a few in the Fractured Peaks that you can take part in pretty early in the game to earn a couple of hundred Murmuring Obols.

I enjoy playing games, and gaming is a passion of mine. Among my favorite games are Tears of the Kingdom, GTA, and Cyberpunk.
