Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes – How to Recruit Yume

Players can unlock over one hundred playable characters in Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes by recruiting them in their playthrough. Every character has their own set of moves which can assist in taking down the opposing targets in the fights. As players progress through the main storyline, they will recruit some of the characters automatically whereas, the rest of the characters are needed to be recruited manually.

One of the characters that players can unlock as soon as they clear out the Abandoned Mine after reaching Eltisweiss is the Brave Girl and “Friend”, Yume. This guide will provide you with information on how to recruit Yume to your party in Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes.

Where to Find Yume in Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes

Yume is the first 2-slot character in the game that can be found in the Redthroat Ridge starting area located on the east side of Eltisweiss in the Gram County region. However, there is a catch to it, Yume will not spawn the first time you enter Redthroat Ridge. You must clear the Redthroat Ridge area and then the Abandoned Mine to trigger a scene at Werne Village where Yume’s Grandma is worried about her granddaughter.

After you are done with the Abandoned Mine, head to the Werne Village located on the Northwest side of the region just before the blocked mountain path. Go to the southwest road to find Old Lady who will tell you about Yume leaving for the mountains.

After listening to the Old Lady, make your way to the Redthroat Ridge to find Yume near the entrance playing with her hairy monster. Nowa will take the monster as a threat and jump in between the monster and Yume. Yume will then introduce Nowa to the monster and the conversation will begin.

As the conversation goes on, Yume will mention that she would like to join you on the road as she wants to look for her mother. Here, you will get the options from which you need to select the “Welcome to the ranks.” It will recruit Yume to your party but remember that she takes 2 slots in the party so you might have to replace her with another character if your party is already full.
