Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes – How to Recruit Yusuke

There are over one hundred playable characters in Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes that players will get to unlock throughout their playthrough. Some of the characters are unlocked as a part of the main storyline while the rest of the characters are needed to be found and complete a certain task related to them.

One of the must-have characters that players can unlock as soon as they complete the opening mission of the game and reach Eltisweiss is Big Dreamer, Yusuke. This guide will provide you with information on how to recruit Yusuke to your party in Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes.

Where to Find Yusuke in Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes

Yusuke is found outside the gate of Fort Xialuke located on the north side of Eltisweiss in the Gram County region. As players will reach Eltisweiss as a part of the main story earlier in the game, before they head to Redthroat Ridge to continue the story, they can head to the north side first to enter Fort Xialuke.

Upon entering the fort, you will see a guy dressed up in a pink outfit and held up by two soldiers. This is your recruitable character, Yusuke but you have to let the soldiers free him before you can recruit him.

How to Recruit Yusuke in Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes

Upon finding Yusuke, listen to the conversation Yusuke having with the soldiers and then step inside their conversation. While Nowa is talking to the guards, you will get two options related to what Yusuke is. Here, you need to select the “He’s not a bandit, he’s a desperado” option to soothe down the heating moment among soldiers.

Nowa will then introduce himself to the Soldiers, letting them know that he is one of Ladyship’s. The soldiers will hand over the responsibility of Yusuke to Nowa and as the soldiers leave and you go through a few more dialogues, you will get to choose another option. Select the “Welcome to the ranks” option to finalize the recruitment of Yusuke.

Yusuke is a martial artist character who has various fist attacks. He is good against several early enemies in the game and it is best to keep him in the front row of the fight due to the low range.
