Enshrouded - Pickaxe

Surviving in an Enshrouded world filled with demons can be brutal if not equipped with any sort of weapon. As exploration and building certain structures at your base is a key aspect to survival, crafting your first Pickaxe as soon as possible will let you deal with any demons who come in your path and help you gather stones and minerals from the world.

In this guide, we’ll tell you how to get Pickaxe in Enshrouded.

How to Get a Pickaxe in Enshrouded

Getting a Pickaxe in Enshrouded that allows you to mine the stones and minerals from large nodes and lets you create a path through the mountain to reach the top will require you to build yourself one.

To build a Pickaxe as early as possible in Enshrouded you, need to get out of the cavern area and reach the Longkeep location. Find the bushes and loot them to get Twigs and Plant Fiber and search the area to find Wood and Stone. Lastly, get the String by crafting it using the Plant Fiber in the crafting menu.

Gathering these materials will unlock the recipe for Pickaxe. Now, open the Crafting Menu by pressing the V button and select the Pickaxe recipe to craft it using the following materials.

  • 4x Twigs
  • 1x Stone
  • 1x String

Once you have crafted the Pickaxe, it will get stored in your inventory which you can access by pressing the B button. Drag and place the Pickaxe in the quick inventory so that you can equip it quickly using the respective keys for quick inventory slots.

While using the Pickaxe, make sure to keep your eyes on its durability as well so that you can repair it at the Workbench before it breaks.
