Enshrouded: Where to Find Acidic Mycelium

Acidic Mycelium is one of the essential resources in Enshrouded that you can gather once you have reached the Nomad Highlands biome. It is one of the resources that is used to craft the Alchemical Base, which is essential for potion crafting at the Alchemist bench. If you are in need of health or mana potions, acquiring the Acidic Mycelium becomes crucial. Although there are a lot of spots for Acidic Mycelium, it is better to know a permanent spot in the Enshrouded 1.0 update. In this guide, we will explain where to find the Acidic Mycelium in Enshrouded 1.0.

Where to Find the Acidic Mycelium in Enshrouded

The Acidic Mycelium spawns in the Shroud in the Nomad Highlands biome. Although there is a chance to come across Acidic Mycelium while exploring any Shroud area, you can find it in abundance northwest of Nomad Highlands’ Ancient Spire.

If you go northwest of the tower and follow along the creek, you will come to an entrance to the Shroud. Drop into the Shroud to find the green patches along the walls. These green patches are the Acidic Mycelium nodes. Mine the green patches on the walls to gather Acidic Mycelium alongside other resources like Tin Ores and Limestones.

However, while you are in the Shroud, be aware of the enemies. It is best that you clear out the enemies first. The exact location of the Shroud also has a mini-boss. Try to defeat the boss first, so that you do not have to worry about it whenever you come back to mine more Acidic Mycelium.

How to Use Acidic Mycelium in Enshrouded

The main use of the Acidic Mycelium is to craft the Alchemical Base for the potions at the Alchemist bench. In addition to this, it is also necessary for crafting some of the clothes and armor pieces.
