Hellboy Web of Wyrd is a Punching Roguelike game in which you have to complete a series of stages with several rooms and floors to defeat bosses at the end of every stage to retrieve Artifacts. One of the earliest bosses that players will get to encounter in their journey is The Faithless King guarding an Artifact at the end of the Faithless Sanctum stage.

Location of The Faithless King in Hellboy Web of Wyrd

The Faithless King boss is located at the end of the Faithless Sanctum. The Faithless Sanctum is one of the floors of the Faithless Kingdom which you have to reach by completing the Faithless Kingdom stage. Once you start the run and end up in the Faithless Kingdom, find the mural at the end to reach the Faithless Sanctum.

How to Defeat The Faithless King in Hellboy Web of Wyrd

The Faithless King is a two-phased boss fight. You will have to deplete the health of the Faithless King two times to defeat him. Although there are no significant changes in the moves of The Faithless King which makes it an easy boss fight to tackle. You can follow the following strategy to defeat The Faithless King easily.

• Stay in close range of the Faithless King and land punches until it charges a Heavy Attack. Dodge the attack either in the left or right direction and keep punching him to increase the Stun meter.
• Keep eyes on both arms of the Faithless King while punching him as he will strike a heavy attack with either of the arms which you need to dodge by ducking down. Once you dodged the attack, keep on attacking.
• Once you have raised the stun meter almost to the end, use the gun (if you have unlocked it) to stun the Faithless King. Land a charged attack on the Faithless King to deal maximum damage.
• Use the block to take minimal damage to your toughness bars to fill up the Payback meter. Once the payback meter is charged, use the Payback attack to take down the Faithless King in a single attack.
• In the second phase, use the pillars around the room as bait and lure the Faithless King into the pillars. The Faithless King will take damage from lunging into the pillars and you will also be able to throw the broken pieces of the pillar to the Faithless King to further stun him.
• Rinse and repeat until you have depleted the second health bar of the Faithless King to defeat him.

This boss fight only requires a good read on the attacks of the Faithless King as dodging the heavy attacks of the Faithless King can give you an advantage to stun him and land charged attacks on him.
