Shakti Shard is a rare currency than Aura and it has more value to it as it provides permanent upgrades to Hellboy. The basic method to get Shakti Shards is by defeating the enemies in every room and floor of the stage. There are several rooms and 2 – 3 floors of every stage that players must clear to complete the stage. Not every enemy drops Shakti Shards but the larger enemies have the most chances of dropping 1 -2 Shakti Shards.

The easiest way to earn Shakti Shards quickly is by defeating the main enemies in each room. Defeating the larger enemies will clear out the small enemies automatically rewarding you with every Shakti Shard that the enemy drops.

However, clearing just the main rooms will not earn you enough Shakti Shards for upgrades or new guns and charms. It is recommended to locate the challenge mural behind one of the gates and complete the challenge to take down various larger enemies to earn more Shakti Shards.
