Hogwarts Legacy – How to Get Arresto Momentum Spell

Players will get to learn all different kinds of Spells during the classes as well as complete the quests of the game. One of the Spells that players will get to learn later in the game by completing the Assignments is Arresto Momentum. Arresto Momentum is used to stop or slow down objects and enemies. This spell is taught by Madam Kogawa once you have completed her required Assignment.

Completing 2^nd Assignment of Madam Kogawa

Madam Kogawa is the teacher of Flying Class and after completing her first assignment and making a bit of progress in the game, you will unlock 2^nd assignment of her. This assignment is similar to the first assignment as she will ask you to pop more balloons while practicing the flying but this time in other areas. The two tasks that you need to do to complete the assignment are the following.

1. Practice Flying near the Spires (5).
2. Practice Flying near Keenbridge Tower (5).

You will have to go to the required locations and fly around the area and pop 5 balloons in the air. You can use your Field Guide to get to the locations easily. Simply activate the quest to track the locations.

Practicing Flying and Popping Balloons for Assignment

Activate the assignment to see the locations on the map. Fly to one of the locations and as you get close, you will see balloons just like in the previous quest but this time you will also see the three gold bubbles in the air before each balloon. You need to fly through each bubble and pop the balloon. By doing this, you will complete the practice as well as pop the required number of balloons in the area.

After completing the first objective, fly to the next location and repeat the same process of flying through the gold bubbles and then popping the balloons. After you have done that, you will complete both of the required task of the assignment.

Get Arresto Momentum Spell

After completing the objectives, go and talk to Madam Kogawa in her office. By talking to her, she will teach you the new spell named “Arresto Momentum”. After learning it, you will unlock it and then you will be able to use it to slow down fast-moving objects or enemies.
