There are a number of things that you have to learn as soon as possible to increase your survival chances in the difficult regions of the Hyrule World. One of the things that you will get to see early in the game but the game will not tell you about is Campfire. You will see a number of Campfires as you go around the world and you will be able to sit by the campfire to spend time but you can also make your own campfire at any time in the game.

In this guide, we’ll tell you how to make a campfire in Tears of the Kingdom.

How to Make a Campfire in Tears of the Kingdom

While traversing through the wide world of Hyrule, it is harder to find campfires in the open. You will have to make your own campfire to spend some time or cook food for your journey. In order to make the Campfire, you can do it in two ways.

  • Use Wood + Flint
  • Use Wood + Any Fiery Material

Now, the most original way of making a campfire is by using wood with any fiery material. You can get the wood by chopping down trees to get logs and then chop the logs to get wood. Now, you just have to open the inventory by pressing the + Button and switching to the Materials Tab to select the Wood. Select the Hold option while selecting the wood and then drop the wood by pressing the A Button. Now, just use the Fire Fruit or Fire Arrow on the wood to light up the fire and make a campfire.

The other way to make a campfire is that you use Flint with Wood to start a fire on wood. In order to do that, you just need to get wood and flint. You can flint by breaking the shining rocks in the cavern areas of Hyrule World. You need to Hold and Drop the Wood and Flint on the ground. After that, just select a Metal Melee Weapon and strike on the flint. It will spark up which will start the fire on wood.
