How to Solve Gutanbac Shrine Puzzle in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom

As players progress through the main quest “The Closed Door”, they will move on to the Third Shrine named “Gutanbac Shrine” on the Snowy Mountain. Players will have to make their way through the Mining Cave and then reach the Pit Cave to get up on the Snowy Mountain. As they make their way ahead, they will go through the “Bottomless Cave” and make their way up to the Shrine Location.

In this guide, we’ll tell you how to Solve Gutanbac Shrine Puzzle in Tears of the Kingdom.

How to Solve Gutanbac Shrine Puzzle in Tears of the Kingdom

In order to solve Gutanbac Shrine Puzzle, you will be needing the “Ascend Ability” which will be given to you by Rauru as you enter the Gutanbac Shrine. Once you have the ability, you need to go ahead to the shrine and stand under the platform in front. Use the Ascend Ability to go up on the platform. After reaching the upper platform, you will see two high blocks on your right. One of them will be shorter and the other one will be taller. You need to ascend through the taller one. However, there is a Chest on the shorter block. Feel free to get the chest as well.

Make your way up by ascending through the taller block and you will get to defeat an enemy. After defeating the enemy, you need to cut two ropes that are holding a slate bridge. Use your melee weapon to cut the ropes and the slate bridge will come down. Now, stand under the bridge and use Ascend Ability to go up.

Go ahead and you will see a moving platform above. You need to use the Ascend Ability on the moving platform to go up and then use the Ascend Ability on the block above the moving platform to go all the way up. Once you have made your way up to the top, interact with the shrine ahead to complete the puzzle and you will get the Light of Blessing.
