How to Make Cold Resistance Food in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom

The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom has a temperature meter for Link that keeps track of the temperature of the areas that Link is traveling in. If you are in too Hot Climate, the meter will switch to the Red Side and if you are in too Cold Climate, the meter will switch to the Blue Side. Now, both of these have a side effect on Link’s Health. You will lose Hearts gradually in both cases so, in order to prevent Link from dying, you will have to eat food that offers Resistance against the Cold and Hot temperatures.

Players will also face the climate problem in the early game while traversing the Snowy Mountain to reach the Guntabac Shrine. If you don’t make yourself a cold resistance food, you will most likely die every couple of minutes while traversing the mountain.

In this guide, we’ll tell you how to make Cold Resistance Food in Tears of the Kingdom.
