One of the substantial ways to create income is to get diamonds in Jagged Alliance 3 as they can be cashed in for thousands of dollars.
In this guide, we’ll be telling you how to get Diamonds in Jagged Alliance 3.
How to Get Diamonds in Jagged Alliance 3
There are multiple ways through which players can get diamonds in Jagged Alliance 3. The major method of getting the diamonds is to explore the mines in Grand Chien. One of the earliest mines that players can liberate are H7 and K10. Both of the mines would give several diamonds that players can sell for money. Players can also get diamonds at the starting island of the game by threatening Bastien and letting Pierre live. After letting Pierre live, players can go back to Ernie Village to talk to Luc (Pierre’s Father) and he will give them a small diamond.
All Diamond Types in Jagged Alliance 3
There are three different types of Diamonds in Jagged Alliance 3 that players can get their hands on. The diamond that players will get in the early game is Small Diamond which is the most common diamond in the game and sell for the lowest amount. The Diamond types in Jagged Alliance 3 that players can get are the following.
- Small Diamonds
- Big Diamonds
- Diamond Shipment
As mentioned earlier, the Small Diamonds are quite common in Grand Chien and players will get a number of them while looting the mines. The Small Diamonds are cashed in for only $500 or can be sold to Father Tooker at the Fleatown (H8) for $700. Big Diamonds on the other hand are rare and can be cashed in for $5,000. Big Diamonds are obtained from mines as well but they have a lower chance of dropping.

For the Diamond Shipment is the big fish in Jagged Alliance 3 which can only be obtained by infiltrating with the Special Convoys. These convoys are guarded by Legion enemies and are marked on the map with a symbol of a Briefcase with a Diamond on it. Players will have to attack the convoys and clear out the enemies to get their hands on the Diamond. These diamonds have the highest price than all the other diamonds and are cashed in for $12,000.
As the Big Diamonds and Diamond Shipment will unlock later in the game, players can stack up on the regular small diamonds to make money from them and as players unlock newer areas, they can start grinding for big diamonds.
