Jagged Alliance 3 – How to Perform Stealth Kills

Taking down Legion enemies can be achieved through various strategies. It can be either a complete face-off against the Legion enemies or can be taken down one by one which increases the survivability of all of the mercenaries. However, killing all the enemies individually can almost be impossible due to a lot of eyes or enemies patrolling together but an enemy who has their patrol route can be taken down silently in a couple of ways.

How to Perform Weapon Stealth Kill in Jagged Alliance 3

To perform a Stealth Kill with either a Weapon or a Melee Weapon, players must do it in Night Time and the Hidden Stance. Both of them increase the chances of being undetected which allows the merc to perform the stealth kill without alerting nearby enemies. To perform a Stealth Kill with a Weapon, players would require two things, A Merc with a high Marksmanship Stat and a Weapon with a Suppressor. Players need to Modify the Weapon of the Merc with a high Marksmanship Stat and put a Suppressor on it which would require Steel Pipe, Chip, and Parts.

Once the weapon is modified, players need to find a target who is patrolling alone or at a safe distance from another contact. Move the Merc close to the enemy and then select the Target to choose Head as a Hit Point. Give the order to take the shot and on the successful connection of the shot, the enemy will be stealthily killed.

How to Perform Melee Stealth Kill in Jagged Alliance 3

Stealth Kill with a Melee Weapon can be tricky sometimes because it is hard to remain undetected while moving the Merc behind an enemy. As the enemy can hear sounds from a distance, it is important to use a Merc with a high Dexterity Stat. A Merc with a high Dexterity Stat makes less noise while moving and it is harder for the enemies to detect the noise. Another thing that players need while performing a Melee Stealth Kill is a Melee Weapon which can be easily achieved with a Simple Knife.

Upon achieving all required things, find an enemy who is alone on a patrol or standing in one place. Move the Merc with high Dexterity close to the enemy and then equip the Knife. After that, select the enemy and choose Neck as a hit point. It will show a Knife sign above the enemy. Now, move the Merc behind the enemy to perform the Melee Stealth Kill.
