LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga: How to defeat General Grievous

General Grievous will have three heart icons along with his health bar meaning you would have to deplete his health four times in order to defeat him. General Grievous has three major attacks, very similar to Count Dooku as he learned from him as well. There is a slide attack which you can be noticed with the red area on the surface when he is about to do that. Just move left or right in order to dodge that attack. The other attack is a jump attack towards your character but it’s not a stomp attack, he would just jump on the area highlighted on the surface and attack with his lightsabers. Just move back from the highlighted area in order to dodge. The last attack that he does is close to him with the lightsabers, an area also highlighted when he is about to swing his lightsabers. Just move back from him when he is doing this attack because it’s like a combo attack of him that deal a great amount of damage. Dodge his attacks and attack him with the lightsaber combo attacks to do more damage to him. You can also switch to Commander Cody and shoot him from a distance.

When his health gets low, he’ll come to you and you have to rapidly press the attack button in order to completely deplete his health and he will also lose one arm when his heart icon is gone. He will climb up on a ramp and you have to bring him down. There’ll be a machine in front of you that will come up, switch to Commander Cody and shoot the target on top of the machine and it will charge. Pull the lever when the machine is fully charged. A small machine will come onto the ramp and General Grievous will fall down.

He would have the same attacks but his time he would also do a stomp attack as well so a large area will be highlighted so just get out of the area in order to dodge it. The rest of the attacks would be the same so you can dodge them and attack him with lightsaber combo attacks or use Force power to throw items at him or switch to Commander Cody to shoot at him. When you deplete his health again, he would run again and climb up to a higher level. Defeat the droids and go up from the same place by using your lightsaber. Defeat the droids on the upper level and there’ll be a button to activate the lift press it for Commander Cody to come up. After this go a bit ahead and on the right side, there’ll be a lever that Commander Cody can pull. Pull it and climb up on a bridge and General Grievous will also be on that bridge. General grievous will break the bridge and there’ll be a wall on the right side use it to wall run on the other side then General Grievous and Obi-Wan-Kenobi will fall down on the fighting area.

Repeat all the techniques of dodging and attacking to deplete his health again. He would be fighting the same so no more tricks from him and he already lost two arms and after this one, he would be left with only one arm. Once his health is depleted again, he would climb up to the higher level and you have to fight the droids back up. Defeat the droids and climb up to the higher level using the lightsaber. Clear the upper level from droids and press the elevator button for Commander Cody and there’ll be a communication tower there you have to use in order to communicate with the reinforcements. Break the walls and switch to Commander Cody and he will enhance the terminal of the communication tower and communicate to reinforcements. General Grievous will be shot down by one of the Jedi ships.

Go down and fight the General Grievous for the last time, repeat all the techniques and he will be defeated in no time. When his health is depleted, there’ll be a cutscene in which his head will pop up from his body.
