The Cooking Guild has several recipes that players can learn by finding the recipe books/pages or completing the quests. One of the new recipes added in Palia with the Royal Highlands Expansion is Beans on Toast. In this guide, we will tell you how to make Beans on Toast in Palia.

How to Get Beans on Toast Recipe in Palia

Before players get to make the Beans on Toast, they will have to acquire the recipe. To unlock the Beans on Toast recipe, players have to complete the “A Royal Welcome” quest. It is the main story quest for Subira that will take you to the Royal Highlands adventure zone in search of the Beast. As you complete the quest, the Beans on Toast recipe will unlock. After that, you can use this recipe to cook Beans on Toast at a campfire.

How to Make Beans on Toast in Palia

Beans on Toast is a new dish in the game, and once you have unlocked its recipe, you will be able to make it at a Campfire. Unlike other recipes that require certain cooking appliances, you just have to set up a Campfire using the following materials.

• 5x Sapwood
• 10x Stone
• 2x Flint
• 10x Plant Fiber

Upon building a campfire, interact with it to view the Beans on Toast recipe. Making Beans on Toast will require the following ingredients.

• 1x Batterfly Beans
• 3x Wheat
• 1x Butter
• 1x Tomato

You can get the Wheat directly from Daiya Family Farm, located in the Leafhopper Hills area. It will cost you 130 Gold for each wheat. Alternatively, you can also get Wheat Seeds from Zeki’s General Store for 25 Gold and plant them in your Housing Plot to get the Wheat yield after 4 days (in-game). You can find the Batterfly Beans growing in Mitana Grove, Okanaa Bog, and Mauvais Way in Elderwood. You can purchase the Butter from the General Store for 40 Gold. Lastly, you can get the Tomato directly from Daiya Family Farm for 90 Gold. Alternatively, you can get Tomato Seeds from the General Store for 80 Gold and plant them in your plot area to get the Tomato yield after 4 days.

After acquiring the ingredients, go and interact with the Campfire and select the Beans on Toast recipe. It will take 15 seconds for 3x Beans on Toast to cook. Once done, interact with the campfire to collect it.

Use of Beans on Toast in Palia

You will need the Beans on Toast during the “Brood to Perfection” quest for Nai’o. Beans on Toast is a consumable in Palia, and it grants 225 Focus for the basic version and 337 Focus for the Star-Quality version of Beans on Toast. Furthermore, you can also sell it at the Shipping Bin for 59 Gold (Basic) and 88 Gold (Star-Quality).
