Palia: How to Switch Arrow Types
Palia introduces players to various Guilds, each offering opportunities to engage, and unlock new items, tools, recipes, and more. Among the pivotal Guilds in Palia, hunting takes a central role, enabling players to either farm Gold or gather essential resources and sustenance. Given the diverse array of creatures inhabiting Palia, utilizing specific arrow types optimized for each creature’s characteristics becomes paramount. However, expending highly valuable arrows on smaller creatures like Chapaa proves unnecessary, prompting the need to modify arrow types during hunts.
If you’re eager to learn how to alter arrow types, you’ve come to the right place. This guide will walk you through the process of changing arrow types in Palia.
How to Switch Arrow Types in Palia
Palia boasts five distinct arrow types that can be unlocked and employed for hunting purposes. As you continue your hunting endeavors and advance in the Hunting Guild, you’ll have the opportunity to acquire recipes for more refined arrows boasting specific abilities. For instance, the Dispel Arrow inflicts significant damage while also disrupting the magical abilities of potent creatures. This underscores the importance of selecting the appropriate arrow type tailored to each creature encountered during hunts.
To change arrow types mid-hunt, ensure your inventory contains more than one arrow type. Having at least two or more arrow types in your inventory facilitates the process of changing arrow types by simply right-clicking. There’s no need to hold the right-click button, as doing so activates aiming. Instead, a simple right-click will display the available arrow types within your inventory. By selecting an arrow type from the displayed options using a left click, the chosen arrow type will be equipped.
Proceed to hunt down creatures using the selected arrow type. When the need arises to change the arrow type once again, merely press the right-click button. Especially in the later stages of the game, it proves advantageous to possess a minimum of two arrow types, as you’ll encounter magical creatures that cannot be effectively hunted using standard arrows.
