The purpose of the Bleed Build is to apply the Bleeding effect on enemies which will deal bleed damage to enemies over time. To apply the Bleeding effect efficiently and strongly, players will be required to equip the best weapons, accessories, and archetypes that provide bleeding effects along with critical damage. Critical Damage is one way to increase the overall damage with the bleeding effect that eliminates the enemies more quickly.

Best Archetypes for Bleed Build

Before we get to all of the weapons, the players should start with the right archetype combination. As playing the game and spending Trait Points increase the Power Level of the archetype, players should increase the Power Level of the archetype to increase their passive bonuses. Two archetype combinations can be used in Bleed Build.

  • Archetype Combination 1: Gunslinger and Hunter

Merciless is the best Bleed Weapon in the game as it deals 250 Bleeding damage over 10 seconds when the weapon’s reticle is fully compressed. So, while shooting the gun, players will apply more bleeding damage to enemies in a steady position. The weapon comes with its own Weapon Mod, Bloodline which deals 150 damage with a 25% Critical Damage bonus. The bloodline damage increases by 50% for each penetrated enemy.

Upgrading the Merciless Weapon and the Weapon Mod will greatly increase the potential of the weapon and deal more Bleeding Damage to enemies. To make the weapon even better, use the Twisting Wounds Mutator and upgrade it to Level 10 which will increase the percentage of ranged attacks and deal 480 Bleeding Damage for over 10 seconds.

Best Accessories for Bleed Build

The best accessories for Bleed Build contain a Relic, an Amulet, and Rings. All of the accessories will enhance the passive bonuses of bleed and crit damage that greatly affect the build.

  • Relic: Tormented Heart, Innate 20% Use Speed bonus. On use, deals 420 Explosive damage to enemies within 10m and Lifesteals 25% of damage dealt.
  • Amulet: Ravager’s Mark, Increases all damage dealt to BLEEDING targets by 20%. The bonus increases to 30% for targets with 50% or lower Health.
  • Ring: Blood Jewel, Charged Melee Attacks apply BLEEDING, dealing 460 BLEED damage over 20s.
  • Ring: Shard Banded Ring, increases Mod damage by 12%.
  • Ring: Constant Variable Ring, Increases Ranged damage up to 20% based on current Weapon’s Overheat value.
  • Ring: Timekeeper’s Jewel Ring, Increases the duration of all Status Effects applied by the wearer.

The Ravager’s Mark Amulet and Blood Jewel Ring are the key accessories for the Bleed Build. Both of the accessories greatly enhance the Bleeding effect and allow players to deal more damage. The Timekeeper’s Jewel Ring is also good as it increases the duration of the Bleeding effect on enemies.
