After accepting the request, open the City Map and go to Yang Yang Palace. Go inside the Palace and talk with Lina. Lina will tell you to make a delivery in the Central Line area. After the dialogues, come out of the Palace and open the City Map and travel to the Central Line area.

The person to whom you have to make delivery will be standing on the Southeast Path of the Middle Area of the Central Line. Go to the location and you’ll see a person in a white suit named Smirking Man. Talk to him and go through the dialogues to make the delivery in time.

After that, go back to Yang Yang Palace and talk to Lina. Go through the dialogues and you’ll get 2x Revival Bead as a reward and you’ll complete the request.
