To holster the Weapon in Starfield, players only need to hold down the Reload Button which is the R Button for the Keyboard on PC and X Button for the Controller on XBOX Series X|S. By holstering your weapons, the civilians will not run off from you or the security of civilized colonies will not stop you which can save you from a lot of trouble. It can also increase the movement speed of the character by a small percentage.
