Street Fighter 6: How to Change the Color of Gear Items
There are numerous Gear Items in the World Tour Mode of Street Fighter 6 that players will come by as they progress in the story or buy from a clothing store. However, all the Gear Items come in their original color, and in order for you to do the color matching of the Gear Items, you will have to find Dyes of particular colors. In this guide, we’ll tell you how to Change the Color of Gear Items in Street Fighter 6.
How to Change the Color of Gear Items in Street Fighter 6
Players will be introduced to the Gear Items in the very first mission of the story mode. You will be asked to go inside the Apparel Store to buy new Gear Items and when you buy the Gear Item, you will notice a bunch of other options. One of the options would be the Change Color which means you will be able to change the color of the Gear Item but it will not let you directly change the color of the Gear Item. However, you will be required to get a certain number of Color Dyes to change the color of the Gear Items.
The Color Dyes can be obtained very easily by completing the combat missions while fighting the NPCs. You can see the combat missions by pressing the Options Button and all the rewards for completing the missions will be shown on the side of the missions. You can also get the Color Dyes by completing Part-Time Jobs in Metro City. These Part-Time Jobs are mini-games and they will reward you with certain items and money.
Once you have enough specific Color Dye, you need to go to the Clothing Store and select the Change Color option. Now, select the Gear Item of which you want to change the color and then select the Color Dyes on the right side to change the color. Not only that, it will also cost you 2,000 Zenny per color change of the Gear Item. So, if you want to fully change the Gear Items Color to a certain color, you will be required a lot of Dyes and a lot of Money.
Each color requires a certain number of Dyes so, you will have to grind for them as well to complete the style of your Avatar.
