V Rising: How to Unlock the Ancestral Forge

The new Secrets of Gloomrot update has a number of new additions to the game and one of the new additions is new Workstations. One of the new Workstations in the game is called Ancestral Forge and it is extremely useful in the end-game period of the game because it will allow you to forge yourself Legendary Weapons. Players who have been collecting the Shattered Weapons throughout the game will be able to use the Ancestral Forge to make the Legendary Weapons that will help them clear out the end-game enemies and V Blood Bosses.

How to Unlock the Ancestral Forge in V Rising

In order to unlock the Ancestral Forge, you will be required to unlock its recipe by defeating a boss named Raziel the Shepherd. He is a Level 57 Boss who can be found at the Dunley Monastery area in the Dunley Farmlands region. He is one of the toughest bosses in the game so, you would have to be at least level 56 or above in order to defeat him. Once you have defeated him, you need to drink his V Blood to unlock the recipe for Ancestral Forge Structure.

If you are an Early Access player of V Rising then you would have known that Raziel does not give this recipe before it is because it has been changed in the new Secrets of Gloomrot update. So, you will have to defeat him in order to get the recipe for the new workstation.

How to Build Ancestral Forge in V Rising

Once you have unlocked the recipe for Ancestral Forge, the next step would be to gather the resources to build it. You will be required the following resources in order to build Ancestral Forge.

• 1x Primal Blood Essence
• 8x Radium Alloy
• 16x Iron Ingot

You would have to progress further ahead in the game to unlock a new structure named Blood Press Machine which will allow you to get the Primal Blood Essence. However, you would have to kill Jade the Vampire Hunter to get its recipe. After that, you need to kill Ziva the Engineer to get the recipe for Radium Alloy and then you will be able to craft it on your own.
