Where to Find Sole in Disney Dreamlight Valley

Sole is a common fish that players can find in the Forgotten Lands biome of the Valley. Moreover, it also spawns in the waters of the Docks and the Overlook areas of the Ancient’s Landing biome of the Eternity Isle world.

The Forgotten Lands is on the northwest side of the Valley and requires 15,000 Dreamlight to unlock. It is connected with the Sunlit Plateau biome. The Sunlit Plateau biome is on the west side of the Valley and requires 7,000 Dreamlight to unlock.Once the player has access to Sunlit Plateau, they can unlock the Forgotten Lands biome. After that, players need to look for White, can be Blue Ripples (bubbles) at the fishing spots. The ripples spawn in the river and the ponds in the biomes.

TIP: Prioritize the White Ripples over the blue ones, as the blue ones offer Lancetfish.

How to Catch Sole in Disney Dreamlight Valley

After locating the White or Blue Ripples in the Forgotten Lands biome, equip the Royal Fishing Rod tool and cast the rod line inside the white bubbles. Now, complete the fishing mini-game to catch the Sole.

TIP: If you don’t find any White or Blue Ripples, start fishing in the Gold Ripples in the ponds to spawn a white or blue one after some time.

Use of Sole in Disney Dreamlight Valley

Players can consume Sole to restore 500 Energy. Moreover, they can sell it to Goofy for 200 Star Coins. Furthermore, it is a necessary ingredient for the Sole Meuniere recipe. Players can also use Sole as an ingredient as a fish for various recipes. Lastly, they can give it to villagers as a gift for 150 Friendship Points.
