Beginning your journey in Mortal Shell 2 will quickly leave you without a Shell right after completing the tutorial. As you are free to explore the world and venture into different areas, things can be complicated, especially without a proper shell. Head to Marrow’s Keep

After the tutorial of the game, keep on progressing until you reach Marrow’s Keep Beacon. It is one of the marked locations on the map, so it is hard to miss; just make sure you pick up the map fragment. After arriving at Marrow’s Keep, keep on heading down the pathway until you reach a room with an elevator in the middle. Take the elevator up to the top of the tower and go down the pathway on the back.

This will take you to a slingshot, which is a way to travel to one of the discovered beacons on the map. Select the “Widow’s Overlook” Beacon to spawn at it.

Find the Tiel Shell Outside the Mushroom Village

From the Widow’s Overlook Beacon, head south towards the Mushroom Village. Go down the path and avoid the enemies, and you will see the Mushroom Village entrance to your left. Go right from here into the open area and look ahead to see a small cemetery with an archway. Head through the archway, and your screen will glow red, detecting an unknown Shell.

Walk over to the Unknown Shell and inhabit it. Now, you have to complete a short memory for the Shell, and then you can equip it. This is the Tiel the Acolyte Shell, which you can equip on the character to play as an Assassin-type class.
