The Blood of Dawnwalker introduces a time limit for the main story, which can change the flow of your playthrough, depending on your route. Although you can go straight for the main story content to complete it within the 30-day time limit, the game offers 20 days’ worth of side content. While it is essential to manage your time, the fast travel mechanic is something that can get you across the world without consuming any time. How to Fast Travel in The Blood of Dawnwalker

The fast travel feature in The Blood of Dawnwalker is only functional through the Shrines. Shrines play a crucial role in unlocking new abilities, skipping time, managing storage, and fast traveling. As you explore the Vale Sangora, you can come across numerous Shrines. After discovering at least two shrines, you can fast travel between them without spending any time. Here are the steps to initiate fast travel in the Blood of Dawnwalker.

• Interact with a discovered shrine (blue icon on the map).
• Select the “Fast Travel” option in the menu.
• Select another discovered shrine (blue icon) on the map to confirm the fast travel location.

If a shrine icon is grey, it means you have not discovered or activated it yet. This means you cannot fast travel to it.

How to Activate Shrines in The Blood of Dawnwalker

Most shrines only require you to discover them to be activated, while some require you to fix them. The shrines that need fixing are the Destroyed Shrines. If you come across a destroyed shrine, you must search around the area to find the Shrine’s Heart, as it is a key item to fix the corresponding shrine. Once you have the Shrine’s Heart, you can use it to fix the shrine, which activates it for all features, including fast travel.
