Disney Dreamlight Valley: How to Unlock Zero

Disney Dreamlight Valley’s new update, Season of Scares, brings back the Halloween vibes, alongside a ton of new content. As players can progress through the weekly quests to unlock Oogie Boogie, they can also earn a free fox companion. Zero is a new companion in Disney Dreamlight Valley that becomes available only after completing a series of quests. In this guide, we will explain how to unlock the Zero Companion in Disney Dreamlight Valley.

How to Unlock Zero in Disney Dreamlight Valley

Zero is a companion in Disney Dreamlight Valley who unlocks after completing the “The Ghost in the Portrait” quest for Oogie Boogie. This quest is a part of the time-limited event in Disney Dreamlight Valley. During the Halloween season, Oogie Boogie invites you to participate in his challenges, which are the main way of unlocking him as a villager. However, this is only available until November 4, and unlocking Zero is one of these challenges. It is a 6-week-long process, and if any player does not start Oogie Boogie’s questline before November 4, they will have to wait until next year.

After two weeks of this event, Zero is now finally available. Any player can unlock Zero by completing the following quests.

• A Halloween Invasion
• The Oogie Boogie Contract
• The Ghost in the Portrait

At the end of the Ghost in the Portrait, you will get to free Zero from the Haunted Painting. Once done, Zero will unlock as a companion for you.

How to Equip the Zero Companion in Disney Dreamlight Valley

Equipping the Zero Companion will require players to open the “Companions” category. It is under the Wardrobe tab. From there, select the Zero to equip it. It will follow the player, and the player can freely take pictures with it. Moreover, players can also house the companion in a Companion Home.
