Battlefield 2042: How to drive the different vehicles in the game

Like any good Battlefield respecter, Battlefield 2042 is no exception to the rule with the opportunity to drive different types of vehicles, both land than air.

Quads, generic electric vehicles, combat helicopters, transport vehicles or tanks are all toys that can be used during battles.

Driving vehicles in Battlefield 2042

When you are on the tactical view of the map when you reappear on the battlefield, you will see your headquarters as well as the various points to take. Just below your HQ, a small gear not necessarily the most readable just below your HQ is selectable.

Once on it, you will be offered different vehicles depending on the map on which your clashes take place. Please note that some vehicles have a spawn limit and that it is possible that they are already in play and therefore not selectable.

This is particularly the case with fighter planes, helicopters, and tanks. Other vehicles are present on the map in different places (Quads, electric cars) and it is also possible to have them delivered by maintaining L1 / R1 simultaneously on PlayStation or LB / RB on Xbox.

Finally, be aware that not all vehicles are immediately available, some indeed require a certain specific level before being unlocked. To unlock the different skins available, it is necessary to perform “ Achievements ” such as doing a certain number of elimination with this said vehicle.
