Bayonetta 3: How to Defeat Virga
Bayonetta 3 has many bosses and one of the main bosses that you’ll encounter in the game is Virga. Virga appears in Chapter 4 and Chapter 6 as well but if you are able to defeat him for the first time then it will not be an issue to defeat him again.
In this guide, we’ll tell you how to defeat Virga in Bayonetta 3.
Defeating Virga
Virga appears in Verse 4 of chapter 4 for the first time and then it appears again in Chapter 6 but the moves and attacks of Virga stay the same so it will not be an issue to defeat this boss again and again if you know its moves and how to defeat him. Virga is big in size and it has two faces so you cannot backstab him at any point but as it is big in size, you can attack him on its body to deal damage. He also has different AoE attacks and ground slams so you’ll have to get to a safer distance in order to dodge them but otherwise, it is an easy boss to defeat.
- Virga likes to run a lot on your position so he’ll continuously try to run on you and deal damage to you with its legs but you can just step back and hit him with your weapon and combos along with your summons. Summon will do a lot of damage to him and you can also use the Witch Time to slow him down and complete your combos on him to deal maximum damage.
- Another AoE attack of Virga is the ground slam. He’ll jump onto your position so if you see him going in the air, change your location by dodging, and when he lands, activate the Witch Time and hit him with the combos along with your summons.
- Virga will also ground slam with one of its heads so if you see one of his heads going up in the air, move away from him and go to the middle of its body and try to hit him there. Use the Witch Time and summons to deal damage to him.
Use the Scorpion gauntlet and if you have a Train available then use it to set the track according to the body of Virga to deal damage to him. You can also use the train in the Witch Time and use the train with the Scorpion gauntlet and its combos to deal maximum damage to him. Just try to keep in the middle of virga to continuously attack him and whenever he goes in the air or starts walking towards you, just dodge it and then start attacking again. You’ll defeat Virga in no time if you keep up the pace of your weapons and summons.
