Farming Simulator 22: Pastures, farms - how to build?

In this guide to Farming Simulator 22, you will find information about how to build pastures ( pastures ) and farms ( farmhouses ) and how they differ.

Before you start playing with animals, you need to prepare a place for them. Open the build menu (purchasing menu, P by default, last menu item, and the Construction button ) and select the Animals tab. Here you will see the animal categories: cows, horses, pigs, sheep, chickens, and bees. Select the tab and the building you are interested in that you can afford.

Buildings can only be placed on your own plot, they cannot collide with the field or other objects, and must be placed on a plane or a slight slant – additional land equation costs will be added to the purchase.

Now you need to decide on the appropriate building or pasture ( Pasture ). In the lower right corner, you will see information about the building differences. The main differences between the pens and buildings are the price and the fact that you have to take care of the water supply on the pastures yourself.

The size of the building is also important, and the number of animals that you can keep – for example, you can keep only 30 hens in a pen and 360 in a hen house, for a similar size of the property. In some cases, pay attention to the additional description: for example, the most expensive version of the cow barn has an integrated robot that creates mixed feed itself, without the need to use a separate vehicle for this purpose – but this is a significant surcharge.

I enjoy playing games, and gaming is a passion of mine. Among my favorite games are Tears of the Kingdom, GTA, and Cyberpunk.
