Farming Simulator 22: Real Estate - How to build?

In Farming Simulator 22 you can buy and build your own real estate and farm buildings. On this page of the guide, you can read how to build new buildings and factories, and how to shape the terrain.

  • Build mode
  • Putting up buildings
  • Terrain modification

Build mode

Properties such as sheds, animal pens, silos, and factories can be built in Build mode. To run it, open the purchase menu ( P by default ) and select the last item in the menu on the left, then select Construction from the new menu. You can also choose a combination of faster construction modes: Shift + P.

The map will be activated in build mode. While holding LMB you can rotate and move the camera, use RMB to rotate the object.

Buildings are divided into several main categories and subcategories. In the lower right corner, you will find a brief description of the building and its functions.

Putting up buildings

You can only build real estate on your own plots of land , with moderate curvature or even, with an additional fee for leveling the land. Objects cannot collide with fields and other objects and plants already placed in the world.

Always try to place buildings at a distance from each other on as even ground as possible – this will allow easier work with buildings and the delivery of goods later .

Terrain modification

To manipulate terrain, Walk to the last tab Shaping land ( Landscaping ) under construction. Here you can level, lower, and raise the terrain, as well as change its texture. Increasing and decreasing the size of the brush with an M / N.

You are accounted for the time you work, not the result – money runs out of your account when you hold down LMB, even if you don’t equate anything.

You can use terrain textures to get rid of grass and to destroy / divide / level farmlands

I enjoy playing games, and gaming is a passion of mine. Among my favorite games are Tears of the Kingdom, GTA, and Cyberpunk.
