How to Get the Paraglider in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom

The Paraglider is one of the most important items in the game as it will allow you to gain access to different areas in the world of Hyrule more easily. You can fall freely from the sky and open the Paraglider to traverse greater distances but you will have to be careful of the Stamina Meter. You no longer be required to jump in the water from the heights. You can just open the glider as you get closer to the ground for a safe landing. So, it is a very crucial item that you need to get as early as possible in the game.

In this guide, we’ll tell you how to Get the Paraglider in Tears of the Kingdom.

How to Get the Paraglider in Tears of the Kingdom

Once you have completed the Temple of Light and made your way to the Hyrule Kingdom by jumping down from the Great Sky Island, you need to go to the Lookout Landing in Hyrule Fields area. It will also be the main quest at the current time so follow the marked location on your radar to reach the area and you will start another quest named “Crisis at Hyrule Castle”. You need to find and talk to Captain Hoz at the Castle.

Follow the marked location and talk to Captain Hoz and after that, make your way back to Lookout Landing and talk to Purah. However, be aware of the Lightning Strikes at the castle area. You can avoid the Lightning Strikes by reading the linked guide if you are having trouble getting through the area.

Once you talk to Purah, she will tell you to meet her at the Skyview Tower in Lookout Landing. Go to the Skyview Tower and she will power up the Skyview Tower for you. You will have to watch a cutscene and after the cutscene, Purah will give you the Paraglider.
