Layers of Fear is filled with puzzles that build up the story of the whole game. As the puzzles are the main aspect of the game, players would have to solve the puzzles in order to progress in the main story. As players progress in the Painter’s Story, they will eventually end up in a room that goes in a circle but one of the doors would have a combination lock on it. Players would have to find the combination code for the door to unlock it and progress ahead in the story.
In that guide, we’ll tell you how to unlock the Combination-Locked Door in Layers of Fear.
How to Unlock the Combination-Locked Door in Layers of Fear
The door will have a three-digit combination lock and in order to find all the correct digits of the code, follow the following steps.
- One of the code digits can be found in the drawer in the room. Open the drawer and pick up the paper inside it. It will be “5” and the last digit of the code.
- Open the second door in the room and you will see the piano striking at the end of the room. Go inside the room and at the end, there will be a piece of paper on the book. It will be “3” and the first digit of the code.
- Now, go through the main door you came in and there will be a closet on the left side. Open the closet and pick the paper from the closet. It will be “8” and the second digit of the code.
Once you have found all the digits of the code, go and interact with the door to enter the combination code and unlock the door. Go through it to progress ahead in the story.
