Lost Ark: How to get all Rethramis cooking (7/7)

This guide is to help collect all the cooking items located in your Adventure’s Tome in the Rethramis continent of Lost Ark. The guide will explain in detail every step to get all the required items to complete the cooking items.

Cooking(Rethramis)

In your Adventure’s Tome, your character will be available to look at all the Collectible, Cooking, Vistas, and Monsters. Cooking is individual for the continent. Cooking is a useful progression system in Lost Ark. There is a large no. of recipes and requires a large number of ingredients for the purpose. In this guide, we will be focusing on all the Rethramis Cooking in your Adventure’s Tome that you are required to find. There are a total of 7 Cooking you need to find. The locations for each Cooking are given below to find.

Veda’s Prideholm-style home food

For the first item in Rethramis continent, you will go into the town called Prideholm. In Prideholm you have to go to Niveria’s Tavern, just outside Niveria’s Tavern there is a potion merchant you have to go there and from the shop, you can buy Veda’s Prideholm-style home food. This will complete the first cooking needed in the Rethramis continent.

Regria Flower Oil

For the next item in the Rethramis continent, you have to go to Rethramis Border. There are two paths that are going to the Rethramis Border Monastery. On one of the paths, There will be Border Guard Tarok near him in the grass you can get Regria Flower Oil. You have to investigate in the grass and you will get the Cooking item. You can check your Adventure’s Tome next and it will show the second item unlocked.

Dawntree Sprout Cider

For the next item in the Rethramis continent, you will have to do two tasks. For the first task, you will go to Rethramis Border in the given location next to the windmill you have to investigate. You will get a Solar tree sprout from next to the windmill.

For the second task, you will have to go to Prideholm Town. You will go to the cook merchant in the image and from there you can request to craft solar tree sprout cider. Once done you can check your Adventure’s Tome to see you have unlocked the third item in cooking.

Craft Regria Wheat Bread

For the next item in the Rethramis continent, you have to go to Prideholm Town in the given location. You will have to investigate near the cow farm to gather the Wheat bread.

Next step you will have to go to the cook merchant in Prideholm Town, There you will request to craft Regria Wheat Bread. After crafting, you can check your Adventure’s Tome to see you have unlocked the cooking item.

Protein packed White Bird Stew

For the next item in the Rethramis continent, you have to go to Loghill at the given location. You have to investigate in the bushes near the white birds. You will get disgorged Lump.

Next, you will have to go back to Prideholm Town and go to the cook merchant. You have to craft Protein-packed White Bird Stew. Now, you can open your Adventure’s Tome to see that you have unlocked the item in cooking.

500-year old Mera Wine (you have to keep it in inventory to age)

For the next item in the Rethramis continent, you have to go to Ankumo Mountain at the given location. You have to go near the big tree and investigate there. You will get 499-year old Mera Wine, you just have to keep it in your inventory. So, it can age into 500-year old Mera Wine. After it has aged, you can check in your Adventure’s Tome to see you have unlocked the item in cooking.

Holy Potato with Teeth Marks

For the next item in Rethramis continent, you have to once again go to Prideholm Town and go to the given location to the character Sierra. For getting this last item you will have to reach level 3 for the Sierra. You can check it by pressing ALT+N on your keyboard you have to do emotes and give Sierra gifts in order to level up. Once you reach level 3 on Sierra you can press ALT+N and claim your rewards from Sierra that will give you Holy Potato with Teeth Marks. You can use it from your inventory and check your Adventure’s Tome to see an item is unlocked in the cooking.

The switch skill attack of this weapon allows you to unleash a stream of powerful slashes. Its silkbind attack lets you reinforce both of your arms and weapon to fend off the attacks.

In this guide, we have created the best early Great Sword build to take out the monsters.

In the build we’ll be going through the Great Sword you want to use for this build, Gear that you want to wear, Decorations, and Skills.

Weapon

The Great Sword that you want to use is Kamura Warrior Great Sword. It has a sharpness of Level Blue. It has an attack power of 250 on each hit. The attacks of this weapon will get you through Master Rank 1 & 2.

Gear

The Armor that you want to wear with this weapon is the Hunter X Armor set.

For the Head, wear the Hunter’s Helm X armor. You can create this armor with Prized Pelt x1 and Eltalite Ore x2

For the Torso, wear the Hunter’s Mail X armor. You can create this armor with Velociprey Thickhide x2 and Carbalite Ore x2.

For the Arm, wear the Hunter’s Vambraces X armor. You can create this armor with Jagras Shard x2 and Eltalite Ore x1.

For the Waist, wear the Hunter’s Coil X armor. You can create this armor with Velociprey Shard x2 and Jagras Shard x1.

For the Leg, wear the Hunter’s Greaves X armor. You can create this armor with Prized Pelt x1 and Twisted Stiffbone x2.

Decorations

You need to put the following jewels on the armor pieces.
