To get all three basic tools, you need to end your first day at your ranch and go to Pebble Plaza the next day. Once you arrive at the ranch, mount Lucky to remove the debris from in front of the house and sleep to end the first day. As the second day starts, you will meet a couple of villagers. After meeting them, mount Lucky and make your way to Pebble Plaza to meet with Agami. She will give you a brief introduction to the vendors in Pebble Plaza.

As the introduction goes on, you will meet with Marlo, the woodsman. During the conversation, Marlo will hand you over the basic tools for your farming purposes at the ranch and will also offer you to visit him regarding any building business.
