To the surprise of many players, there are no longer trading evolutions in Pokémon Legends: Arceus. This means that you do not have to arrange an exchange with your friends, e.g. B. to get Gengar. But how else will Alpollo, Georok, Kadabra, Machoke, and the rest of the barter evolutions evolve? We’ll tell you!
This is how you develop Alpollo, Georok, Kadabra and Machoke
Pokémon that normally evolve through trading only need one specific item in Pokémon Legends: Arceus. A new item has therefore been introduced for Alpollo, Georok, Kadabra, and Machoke: the connecting cord! If you own this item, simply have it on e.g. B. Use Kadabra and it evolves into Simsala. So the connecting cord works as a development stone.
How to get the connecting cord
The connecting cord is a rare item that cannot be farmed on the fly. There are three ways to get a connecting cord.
- A connecting cord can rarely be found in space-time distortions.
- You can get a connecting cord at the Exchange in Jubilee Village (west of the Galactic Building) if you invest 1,000 DP. DP is obtained by finding “Lost Items” in the game world. These are marked with a bag icon on the map. If you look for it specifically, you should be able to earn 1,000 DP relatively quickly.
- You will receive a one-time connecting cord for completing side mission 64.
This is how you develop Onix, Magmar, Porygon & Co.
In addition to normal exchange evolutions, there are also Pokémon that normally have to carry a specific item in an exchange in order for them to evolve. These include Onix, Sichlor, and Magmar. In Pokémon Legends: Arceus you only need the item that, like a development stone, triggers the development directly. The following Pokémon evolve this way.
|Porygon2||Porygon Z||dubious disc|
|double knock||dusky||gloomy cloak|
