Pokemon Scarlet and Violet: Where to Find the Dawn Stone

Pokémon Scarlet and Violet also have the mechanics of Evolvement of the Pokémon that are very necessary at some point in the game. Evolving Pokémon will increase their stat as well as their level which will then deal great damage to other Pokémon in the battles. One of the main items required for the Evolvement of Pokémon is the Evolution Stones. One of the Evolution Stones that you can find after a couple of hours of gameplay is the Dawn Stone and you do want to get your hands on it as early as possible.

In this guide, we’ll tell you where to Find the Dawn Stone in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet.

Finding Dawn Stone

Dawn Stone is one of the earliest Evolution Stones that players can find it in the game once they have access to a specific area on the map. Players will be able to explore the whole Pokémon World after completing the Prologue of the game. After that, players will need to explore and catch high-level Pokémon to progress further in the story. Dawn Stone is used to evolving the specific species of Pokémon and if you have any of those Pokémon then they will be evolved by the use of the Dawn Stone.

The Dawn Stone can be found in the West Province (Area Three). You can get to this area by going in the Northeast direction from the Asado Desert. Keep going in that direction to reach a hill area where you’ll reach the West Province (Area Three). You’ll find different sorts of materials in the area as well as meet different NPCs of the world. Keep searching the West Province area and eventually, you’ll reach the infrastructure of broken buildings just like the Ruins in the Asado Desert.

Go close to the broken buildings and you’ll see a Pink Glowing on the ground. Go close to it to grab the Stone Dawn. Picking up the Dawn Stone will show you its description on the screen as well which will say “A Peculiar stone that can make certain species of Pokémon evolve.” It doesn’t tell you which species it evolves and we also haven’t found out what species it actually evolves. Maybe players will find some Pokémon later in the game that can be evolved with the Dawn Stone.
