TTCSM: How to Fix the Fuse Box

Fixing the Fuse Box is required to escape through the Basement Door on the maps. There are 3 different maps in The Texas Chain Saw Massacre and all 3 of them have 4 different escape routes. One of the escape routes is the Basement Door for which players will have to fix and turn on the Fuse Box.

In this guide, we’ll tell you how to fix the Fuse Box in The Texas Chain Saw Massacre.

How to Fix the Fuse Box in The Texas Chain Saw Massacre

All the major interactions that are used for escape are placed at random locations on the map. Every time you play the map, the positions of the items will be randomized and the Fuse Box is one of them. Before players get to fix the Fuse Box, they would have to find the Fuse and an Unlock Tool. Get the Unlock Tool by looting the Blue Toolboxes scattered around the map and the Fuse is located in the nearby area of Grandpa location.

Make your moves precisely as it can be difficult to retrieve the fuse. Once the players have the fuse and the unlock tool, they need to find the Fuse Box. Fuse Box is mostly located in the outside area of the map. Make your way outside and look for Fuse Box. Once players have found the Fuse Box, they will be required to solve a little puzzle to turn on the fuse.

  • First, open the panel of the Fuse Box with the Unlock Tool.
  • Interact with the Fuse Box to insert the Fuse and then interact again to view the puzzle.
  • You need to put the right fuses in the fuse box where they match the colors. When you add the numbers on each pair of fuses, they should be the same as the number in the middle.
  • Once the numbers are matched, the Fuse Box will be activated.

As the Fuse Box activates, it will unlock the Basement Door. Players will have to make their way back to the Basement Door to escape. However, if players don’t hurry, the basement door will close and players will have to reactivate the fuse box.
