V Rising: What Else You Can Do Instead of Repairing Gear

In V Rising, players will get their gear and weapons durability low after dying or getting hits from the enemies and they have to repair the gear and weapons to increase their durability to get their full power. But there are also other things that you can do with the broken gear or weapons instead of always repairing them. Weapon Repairing

First, we talk about gear and weapons repairing. The durability of the gear and weapons gets low when you die or get hits from the other enemies in V Rising and you’ll have to repair the weapons with almost the same resources from which you crafted that gear or weapons. Only the cost of resources will be low but if you are in a PvP server and you run into a fight with other players then you are going to use a lot of resources on just repairing your gear and weapons.

The only time you want to repair your gear or weapon is when you die in a PvP server and you want to get back into the fight with the player that killed you or you want to collect your items back.

Other Things You Can Do Instead of Repairing

You are wasting your resources without even knowing it and if you want to save those resources and get something better than your broken gear piece then you can simply just do an upgrade of that particular gear piece. If you access your Tailoring Bench, you’ll see the gear that you have and there’ll be also an upgrade to your gear. The upgraded gear piece will require a previous gear piece and other resources to craft it and if you have a broken gear piece then you can craft an upgraded gear piece by putting the broken gear piece as a resource for it with other required resources. By doing this, you’ll get the new upgraded gear piece instead of repairing your gear piece and wasting resources.

The other thing that you can do with the broken gear or weapons is you can give them to your servants. The durability doesn’t count on the servants and the gear level increment remains the same. If you give a broken weapon or gear to a servant, it’ll perform as if it has full durability. This will make things easier for you because you don’t have to craft new weapons or gear for your servants, you can just give them the broken ones and they work as a new for them. It’ll also be beneficial for you because they’ll get to a higher level as you give them a high gear level item and they will be able to gather more important resources.
