Assassin’s Creed Mirage: How to Unlock Tools

Assassin’s Creed Mirage playstyle mainly depends on stealth and some various elemental features and items will help you stay in the stealth form to achieve the assassin’s goals. One of the main features that will help you achieve these goals without raising suspicions is tools. Tools are gadgets designed by Ibn Musa that can be utilized in certain scenarios to both take out your targets or make your way into a blocked building.

How to Unlock Tools in Assassin’s Creed Mirage

There are 6 different tools in Assassin’s Creed Mirage each with its unique usage allowing you to tackle the situations accordingly and staying in stealth. These tools will not be unlocked from the start so, you must progress in the main story to get access to the first two tools which will be Throwing Knives and a Torch. From there, you need to progress further into the main story until you assassinate Al-Ghul in the ‘First Order’ main quest. Completing this quest will allow you to unlock 3^rd tool by going to Ibn Musa at one of the Hidden Ones’ Bureau.

After this point, you need to unlock the rest of the three tools by spending Skill Points. The Trickster branch in the Skill Tree has Extra Tool Capacity 1, 2, and 3 skills which all unlock an extra tool slot in the tools wheel. Each skill will cost you 2 Skill Points and once you have unlocked an extra slot, you need to revisit Ibn Musa at the Hidden Ones’ Bureau to select the tool you want to unlock for the newly unlocked slot.

Selecting the tool will cost no charges and it will be equipped to the slot that you choose. Unlocking the last three tools does not require additional progression in the story but you still have to make progress to unlock the skill points to unlock the extra tool capacity.
