In this guide, we’ll be covering the third chapter of Bayonetta Origins: Cereza and the Lost Demon.

Chapter 3: The First Elemental Core

Walk ahead on the vine to reach a small cutscene in which you will see the White Wolf. You need to follow White Wolf’s track. As you go ahead, you will reach a Sanctuary. Just before the Sanctuary, there is a hidden Red Chest on the west side from which you can get Umbran Syrup. Save your progress at the Sanctuary and then go ahead on the path to enter the Leafy Nook area.

The First Elemental Core (Leafy Nook) – Walkthrough

Go ahead on the path and break the roots to follow the wolf’s tracks. As you go ahead, you will encounter new types of faeries that lay traps in front of them. Break the traps by attacking a slash attack and then kill the enemies to clear the area. Follow the wolf’s tracks to reach another illusion area. Go to the end of the illusion area to reach a portal. Interact with the Portal to enter the portal.

The First Elemental Core (Calamity) – Walkthrough

Go up the staircase to reach the locked door. Use the Witch’s Pulse Skill to unlock the door. You will get encountered by the enemies so, clear the enemies to go ahead. Loot the chest and go up the staircase to cross the bridge. Use the Witch’s Pulse Skill on the Platform and then do slash attacks with Cheshire to break out of the portal.

Calamity

You will be back in the forest and you will get a cutscene in which you see Morgana. Go through the cutscene and upgrade a couple of skills. After that, save your progress at the sanctuary and start following the wolf’s tracks. Take out the enemies along the way and cross the shooting laser to reach the next area.

The First Elemental Core (Lake Nimueh) – Walkthrough

Use the Witch’s Pulse to make a path to go ahead. Clear the enemies guarding the white wolf and then follow its tracks. Use the Witch’s Pulse to open the plant and then jump on it to go up on the ledge. Go ahead on the path and break the roots with Cheshire. Go ahead until you encounter an enemy with a shield. Use Thorn Bind on the enemy to bind it and then use Cheshire to eliminate the enemy.

After clearing the area with the enemies, go ahead to enter the illusion. Go up and jump on the green plant to reach another portal. Interact with it to go inside the portal.

The First Elemental Core (Rotation) – Walkthrough

Save the game at the Lantern and then go ahead to defeat the flying enemies. After that, go ahead and move Cheshire in the wheel. Move the wheel down and move Cereza on the platform. Now, move the wheel to the right to go up. Now, move Cereza off the platform to move the box to reach a higher platform. Move Cheshire to the next wheel and Cereza to the platform above the wheel.

Move the Wheel to go up to reach the next platform. Now, you need to move Cheshire to the left side to the wheel and Cereza to the ladder. Move the wheel as well Cereza so she does not take a hit from the shots. Go up gradually and then on to the next wheel. Go up from the wheel and you will have to wait for a bit until the flying enemy goes up as well. After that, go up by moving the wheel and take out the flying enemies with Thorn Bind Skill.

Rotation

Keep moving ahead and dodge the flying enemies to reach the platform with a chest on it. Now, move Cereza off of the platform on the left side and move the wheel a bit down to move out Cheshire as well. Now, move both of the characters on the staircase to reunite and then go along the bridge. Use Witch’s Pulse on the platform and then use slash attacks to break through the portal.

Now, you will be back in the forest and follow the wolf’s tracks to reach a sanctuary. Save your progress and go ahead on the path to follow the wolf. As you follow the wolf a cutscene will start. After the cutscene, you will get to fight your first boss named “Fomhorach” of the game. Go ahead on the path after defeating the enemies and you will enter a new area.

The First Elemental Core (Wood Shrine) Walkthrough

Follow the tracks to start a cutscene in which Cereza and Cheshire will break and obtain the first Elemental Core. After the cutscene, Cheshire will get the elemental abilities of Wood and you need to pull the door on the left side by holding down the R Button. Now, follow the wolf’s tracks ahead on the path. Use Cheshire to pull the plant to make a path and then go ahead.

Wood Shrine

Toss Cheshire on the white ledge and then pull the plant again to make the path to go ahead. As you go ahead, a cutscene will start and the third chapter will be concluded.

Resident Evil 4 Remake is a survival horror game and players will get to fight with various mutants throughout the game. As players progress through the game, they will find and obtain different power of weapons. All of the weapons have different fire power which are useful against different mutants. However, some mutants are stronger and they will take more fire power to go down. This is where the upgrade mechanic of the game comes in play. Players can upgrade their weapons for more fire power and flexibility against the mutants.

Upgrading Weapons

Players can upgrade the Weapons only at the Merchant’s Shop. If you have unlocked the Merchant then you will have to progress ahead in the game until you unlock Merchant. Merchant is unlocked automatically at the beginning of the Second Chapter.

Once you have unlocked the Merchant, you will be able to upgrade your weapons as well as buy & sell items on his shop. To upgrade a weapon, follow the following steps.

  • Interact with the Merchant to browse the shop.
  • Change the Tab to TUNE UP.
  • Inside the Tune Up tab, you will see all of your weapons in the inventory by the picture.
  • Select the weapon by changing the picture and then you can select the upgrade you want to apply on the weapon.

Upgrading the weapons will cost you Ptas. which is the currency in the game. Each of the upgrade will cost differently so make sure that you have enough Ptas. for the upgrades you want for your weapons. You can upgrade its Power, Durability, Magazine, and much more. You will also find parts of the weapons throughout the game and you can attach the certain parts to the relative weapon to increase the flexibility of the weapon.

Players will get various items, resources, ingredients, and weapons throughout the game but sometimes things can go empty really quick. That is where the roll of buying and selling items takes place. You can buy the things that you most want and sell the things that you don’t want to make money for useful items as well as make more room for your needy items.

In this guide, we’ll tell you how to buy and sell items in Resident Evil 4 Remake.

Unlock Merchant

In order for the players to buy and sell the items, they will have to unlock the Merchant in the game. The Merchant is unlocked by progressing ahead in the main story of the game. When the players reached the second chapter of the game, they will unlock the merchant once they have made their way out of the place they were held.

Merchant

You will have to get your gear back in order to trigger the cutscene in which a mysterious person will unlock the door. Go outside the place to meet the mysterious person and that mysterious person will be the Merchant who will help you with items throughout the game.

Buy & Sell Items

Interact with the Merchant to browse the shop. You will be able to buy the things that Merchant has to offer as well as sell the items that you don’t need or the items that do not have any use in the game anymore. There are four different tabs to which you can change to while browsing the shop and in order to buy and sell the items, you will have to change to the respective tab.

To Buy the items, you need to change to the BUY Tab and you will see all the items in his shop that he is selling. You will only be able to buy the items for which you have the required “Ptas.” or required space in your case. Select the item and confirm it to buy the items, guns, recipes, and cases from Merchant.

Sell Items to Merchant

To Sell the items, you need to change to the SELL Tab and you will see all the items in your inventory. Select the item and the amount of the item you want to sell and then confirm it to sell for Ptas. Selling the items will also make space in your inventory which will allows you to buy heavy weapons and many more items.

Resident Evil 4 Remake – How to Get the Insignia key

Insignia Key

Insignia Key is one of the main Key Items in the game that will help you get to the Church. Players will have to go through different puzzles as well as fights in order to get to the Insignia Key.

In this guide, we’ll tell you how to get the insignia Key in Resident Evil 4 Remake.

Getting the Insignia Key

The very first task that players will have to do is to get inside the Chief’s Manor which is near to the Abandoned Factory. You will have to open the main red gate that leads to the Manor with the Hexagon Emblem. Once you have made your way through the gate. Go inside the Manor from the back door.

Now go up from the staircase and at the end of the hallway, you will see a locked door which requires a key item named “Crystal Marble”. In order to get the Crystal Marble, you will have to unlock the Village Chief’s Manor Combination Lock. It is on the left side of the living area on the ground floor of the manor. Once you have unlocked it, you will get the Crystal Marble.

After obtaining the Crystal Marble, you need to go back up on the first floor and place the Crystal Marble on the locked door. Move the Crystal Marble in a way to match up the image on the marble. It will create the sign of the cultists and once it does, the door will open. Now, make your way to the desk in the right corner of the room and open the drawer to get the Insignia key.

After getting the Insignia Key, a cutscene will start which will lead you to further progress in the main story of the game.
