How to Defeat Faceless One, Chisel of Oblivion
As mentioned above, Faceless One, Chisel of Oblivion is a tutorial boss in Blasphemous 2 that players must defeat to start their actual journey. Once you have chosen your preferred starting weapon of the game, you will come across your first Prie Dieu Altar, at which you need to rest to replenish your health and Bile Flasks. After that, as you go ahead, you will encounter Faceless One, Chisel of Oblivion.
The boss itself is not difficult, as it is a tutorial boss and has only 3 attacks in total, which it would repeat periodically throughout the fight. The main strategy for defeating the boss is to wait for him to throw his wheel at your location. You need to dodge it by pressing the left shift key and running towards the boss to attack him. He will not do any sort of melee attacks, so you need to keep hitting him until he calls back his wheel. As he is doing it, jump up and dodge the spinning wheel attack to let him throw his wheel again, and you need to repeat the process to deal damage to him.

All Attacks of Faceless One, Chisel of Oblivion
There are three attacks of Faceless One, Chisel of Oblivion that players need to dodge throughout the fight:
- Wheel Toss: The boss will go into the air and throw the wheel at your location. Dodge the wheel and run towards the landing position of the boss to attack and deal damage to him.
- Wheel Callback: After a few moments from tossing the wheel on the ground, the boss will call back the wheel. You need to jump up to avoid getting hit by the wheel. Go to a safe distance from the boss and wait for the third attack.
- Spinning Wheel: Once the boss has its wheel back, it will spin the wheel while facing it towards you and run to the other side of the arena. You need to jump up and go in the opposite direction to dodge this attack.
After dodging the Spinning Wheel Attack, the boss will do the Wheel Toss attack again, which you can use as an advantage to deal damage to him.
