Hi-Fi Rush: How to Sync Attacks with 808

Hi-Fi Rush is an Action-Adventure game in which players will be able to attack enemies with a beat of the music. Players will be able to sync the attacks with the beat to deal extra damage to the enemies. Later in the first level, players will find a robotic cat named “808” that will also get powers from the Music Player and will be able to sync the finisher of a combo with Chai Attacks.

In this guide, we’ll tell you how to sync an attack with 808 in Hi-Fi Rush.

Syncing Attack with 808

808 is a robotic cat who will turn into like a flying speaker. Chai will be able to deal extra damage to enemies if he lands a perfect sync with a beat coming out of 808. However, Chai can only sync the last move of the combo with 808. The rest of the combo must match the normal beat playing in the background. Players can sync the Light Attack as well as the Heavy Attack with 808. When players hit the combo of Light Attack successfully, on the last hit, they will see two circles on their screen, They will have to wait for the Red Circle to come on the Green Circle. When both circles overlap each other, they need to press the X Button to land the last hit of Light Attack syncing with 808.

Same with the Heavy Attack. Players will have to press the Y Button when both the circles overlap each other on the last hit of the Heavy Attack Combo to sync with 808. However, players can land any attack when the circles overlap but it will not give the full bonus potential of the combo of the attack.
