One of the most useful items in the game is Destiny Knot and players will get it after completing a certain objective of the game.

Getting Destiny Knot

Destiny knot can be obtained after completing a certain objective in the main story path of the game. The objective that you need to complete is to get four Badges on the Victory Road path. For the players who are progressing in the main story, they would have to take down different Gym leaders to get different Badges from them. When the players have defeated Four Gym Leaders in the Battle and obtained Four Badges, the Destiny Knot will be unlocked for the players in the Delibird Presents shop.

Now, as the game itself does not restrict the players in what order should they play so there are no specific badges that you need to get after defeating the gym leaders. You can go after any four badges in the Victory Road and once you have them, you can make your way to the Delibird Presents Shop and buy the Destiny Knot. Now, if you are following the lowest level to the highest level technique then you can get the badges in the following order.

• Bug Badge (Cortondo Gym)
• Grass Badge (Artazon Gym)
• Electric Badge (Levincia Gym)
• Water Badge (Cascarrafa Gym)

These shops are almost in every major city and town of the world so make your way to the shop. Select the Battle Items in the Menu and then you need to go to the very last item in the Battle Items list. The last item would be the Destiny knot priced at 20,000. Use of Destiny Knot

When you buy the Destiny Knot from the Delibird Presents shop, it’ll be added to your inventory and if you select it, the description of the Destiny Knot says “An item to be held by a Pokemon. Should the holder of this bright-red thread become infatuated, the pokemon it is infatuated with will be similarly afflicted.” Meaning, it is a hold item that is specifically used for transferring the Individual Values of the Pokemon to its baby Pokemon. Players can transfer the IVs of the Pokemon to their baby Pokemon and it would be very effective for the players who love the breeding mechanism in the game.
