In this guide, we’ll tell you where you can find Pikachu in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet
Pikachu
Pikachu is an Electric-Type Pokemon that is very effective in dealing damage to enemies especially if they are Water-Type Pokémon. However, Pikachu is one of the earliest-level Pokémon that you can find in the game, and its starts from level 10. Pikachu is a small Pokemon which also makes him a bit rare and he can miss the eyes very easily.
Location of Pikachu
Pikachu is one of the rarely seen Pokémon in the game and the locations where it can be found are near the trees because Pikachu likes being around the trees so you might see it in the wild hanging near the trees. Since it is a low-level Pokemon, players can catch it after completing the prologue of the game. During the Prologue, you’ll get an app named Pokedex for your Phone which you can use to get information on all the Pokémon. You can see the exact locations of Pikachu in the Pokedex app to get an idea of where you can easily find it.
Pikachu can be found near the areas of starting area of the game and the easiest way to get to him is to go to Cortondo Town which is the Southwest of Mesagoza. You can make your way to the greenery side out of the town and you’ll see a giant tree where you’ll be able to see a bunch of Pikachu.
Catching Pikachu
Head in the Southwest direction from Mesagoza to reach the location of Pikachu and you need to look around the tall grass areas and near the trees to find it. Since it is so little, it gets hidden in the grass, it’s difficult to see it. So, what you want to do is run around the area and when you get close to Pikachu or pass near Pikachu, it will get highlighted on your Mini-map.
Once you’ve located Pikachu, interact with it to engage him in a battle. Use the Rock-Type Pokemon to faint him easily and then throw the Poke Ball to catch him. If your level is high then you’ll be able to catch him directly with the Poke Ball.
Now, you have added Pikachu to your Pokemon Army.
