You won’t be able to find the note directly on the crane. You have to complete a certain mission in order to find the note. When you reach the crane, you are going to notice that there is a missing crane key that you need to find in order to control the crane. You have to deep dive into the water and go through different areas of the building to find the key. You have to fight the Angler Fish and also a boss fight with the Rhino Shark.

After you get the key, you need to return to the surface and climb up the crane. Go into the control box of the crane and insert the key. Then pull the lever down of the crane, it’ll drop the whole junk on the building next to the crane. There’ll be a new area open from the drop of the junk on the small building. Now the only way to get to that building is by using a zipline. Make sure you have a zipline when you come to the Varuna point 6277 location. Use the zipline to go to that building and go down the open area. There’ll be an office down below the area. Go inside the office and you’ll find a note of the Next Location that you need to head to and also the blueprint of an Advanced Battery. There’ll also be a briefcase there that you can pick up, it’ll have a random resource in it.
