RE Village: Shadows of Rose: How to solve Fake Mold Cores Prison Puzzle

As Rose gets close to getting out of the Castle and looking for the Purifying Crystal in the other place, she’ll get imprisoned in a Prison when she grabs the last mask. The Duke has created a Prison Puzzle for her which will spawn a lot of Sclerotia in front of the bars and tell her to find the real ones before she gets eaten by them.

In this guide, we’ll tell you how to Escape the Prison Puzzle in Resident Evil Village: Shadows of Rose.

Escaping the Prison Puzzle

You’ll be imprisoned in a cell with a lot of Sclerotia surrounding the cell and you’ll have to clear the real ones to get out of the Prison. As this sequence is time-limited, you won’t be able to clear all the Sclerotia in time and you’ll end up dead when the time runs out. So, you need to focus on the writings of Michael who’d be hinting to you throughout the escaping from the Prison. You need to focus on what he’s saying and use your powers on that particular Sclerotia to remove a large amount of Sclerotia with it.

To get out of the Prison, you need to remove three Sclerotia in total which will remove all of the Sclerotia and the bars will open for you to get out of there. The first Sclerotia that you need to remove is on the left side of the floor. If you look to the left, there’ll be some Sclerotia on the wall but in between them, there’ll be one Sclerotia on the ground. Remove the Sclerotia on the ground to remove the Sclerotia on the left side.

The next Sclerotia that you need to remove is on the right side inside the Prison. Use the powers on the middle Sclerotia and it will spawn an enemy. Take out the enemy and use the powers again on the Sclerotia to remove that side with Sclerotia.

Now, for the final Sclerotia, a unique Sclerotia will appear on the ceiling. Use the powers on that Sclerotia to remove all of the Sclerotia around the Prison and the cell will be lowered when you remove that Sclerotia.

Once you’ve done removing all the real Sclerotia, the cell will be lowered and you’ll be able to get out of there and use all three masks that you’ve gathered and get out of the Castle.
