Mausoleum Lamp Puzzle

Players will get to play as Ashley during the Ninth Chapter of the game and they will have to solve a couple of puzzles to get back to Leon. One of the main puzzles that players will have to solve with Ashley is Lamp Puzzle in the Mausoleum Area. To get to the Mausoleum, players will have to solve the Clock Puzzle.

In this guide, we’ll tell you how to Solve Mausoleum Lamp Puzzle in Resident Evil 4 Remake.

Solving Mausoleum Lamp Puzzle

Once you have reached Mausoleum, you need to open the door ahead by ringing the bells to light up certain lanterns. You will also have to dodge the Knights while doing that so when you have opened the door, go ahead to reach the Lamp Puzzle location. When you are at the location, you will see a structure ahead surrounded by a couple of lamps.

Each Lamp makes a certain shape of light and you need to place the correct lamp on the holders to shine the correct shape on the structure. Ashley already has a lamp that makes the full moon shape so follow the following steps to complete the puzzle.

  • Place the Full Moon Lamp (already held by Ashley) on the holder behind the structure.
  • You will pick up the Crescent Moon Lamp and then place it on the west side of the Structure.
  • You will pick up the Star Lamp and then place it on the east side of the structure.

It will open the structure and you will get the Key Item named “Salazar Family Insignia”. Now, you will have to go back to the Library and go up from where you found the correct time for the Grandfather Clock and place the Insignia on the wall to get back to Leon.
