Sons of the Forest: How to Get the Night Vision Goggles

Surviving on a remote island in the Sons of the Forest will require you to search for various kinds of weapons and tools that can help you throughout the adventure. As Lighter and the Flashlight is an essential resource for surviving in the nighttime, another alternate and better tool that can be used is a newly added Night Vision Goggles. Similar to the Flashlight, it uses a battery to be powered and the main benefit is that it has the most viewable range.

This guide will walk you through how to get the Night Vision Goggles in Sons of the Forest.

How to Get the Night Vision Goggles in Sons of the Forest

The Night Vision Goggles can be found at the campsite located on the southwest side of the island. It is located close to the Maintenance Bunker B location and as you reach the campsite, you will notice multiple camp tents and a cave entrance in the middle. This is the cave where you will find the Teleporter Blueprint so, if you have found the blueprint, it will be easier for you to locate this location.

Once you are at the campsite, go inside the second camp tent with no dead body outside of it. As you go in, you will find the Night Vision Goggles on the floor beside the dead body. Pick it up to store it in your inventory and then you will be able to use it simply by equipping it.

The usage of Night Vision Goggles is very easy and it is the most effective tool in the game if you are exploring in the night or venturing into the caves. Its battery lasts for a lot longer than the regular flashlight so it is a must-grab for your playthrough.
