Sons of the Forest – How to Get the Rebreather

Sons of the Forest is a survival game in which players will have to survive on the island but they will also have to go along the story to complete the game. There are a lot of different items that players will have to get in order to get through the story of the game. One of the items required to progress ahead in the game is Rebreather.

In this guide, we’ll tell you how to get the Rebreather in Sons of the Forest.

Rebreather Location

Rebreather is a Scuba Tank that will help you swim under the water for a longer period of time. It is mainly required to get another useful item named “Shovel” for the story of the game. In order to get the Rebreather, you need to go inside the Cave on the Beach. The Beach is nearest to the spawn point of the players who crashed on the beach.

You can open your GPS Tracker device and zoom out by pressing the Middle Mouse Button to view the caves. You need to go to the cave on the beach to find the Rebreather.

Getting Rebreather

Once you are at the cave, you need to go inside the cave by breaking the wooden planks with your Axe. Now, you need to go ahead along the path in the cave. As you go ahead, you will see two paths and the light inside the cave will be pointing on the Right Path but you need to go down the path on the left along with the water.

As you follow along the path, you will reach at the end of the cave and you will see a light near the water. Go to the light and it will be Rebreather’s light. You need to press the interaction button to pick up the Rebreather and your character will wear it.

After getting the Rebreather, your character will automatically use it when you go down in the Deep Water. Rebreather will also get you out of the cave. You need to go down in the water and go through the space in the water and you will come out of the ocean.
