Players need to progress in the story of Episode 1 to get to explore the destroyed UNN Battleship in space. After putting on the Vac Suit, the whole crew will go scavenging, and after opening the Bulkhead Door, players will be tasked with a main quest as well as a side quest which would be finding a New Laser Crystal. To find the New Laser Crystal in the debris of a battleship can be difficult so we have listed down some simple steps that players can follow to find the New Laser Crystal for Virgil.

• From the point where players come outside of Bulkhead Door, they need to use the Jet Pack to fly up and turn around. There will be a red blinking light that can be seen reflecting on the platform.
• Fly to the platform and go past the Nav Beacon to find a Tight Beam Laser.
• Interact with it and select the “Smash” option to break open the Beam Laser and get the Laser Crystal.

Getting the Laser Crystal can impact the story in the future Episodes so if players have not obtained it yet, they can always replay Episode 1 to get it.
