Everdream Valley: How to Get Boards

Alongside the farming, players will also have to gather materials that will be used to create homes for various animals as well as build boundaries around the farm. A lot of required materials will revolve around Wood and Boards where wood is pretty easy to get as they can be obtained from cutting down trees. Whereas, the boards are limited and can be found around the farm and around the world map but it will take a lot of time to gather the required number of boards.

How to Get Boards Easily in Everdream Valley

Boards are the Planks that can be found around the farm as well as in the different areas around the world map. However, in order to get Boards more quickly, players would have to use the Sawing Stand. The Sawing Stand is a tool in Everdream Valley that can be used to cut down Wood into Planks/Boards. The Sawing Stand is available from the beginning of the game and it can be found near the Barn. The Sawing Stand will be marked on the map with a Saw Icon on the map.

Go near the Sawing Stand and press the F Button to start sawing the wood. The wood will be cut down into boards by playing a mini-game. Players will have to use the mouse to move the saw and keep the saw on the Green Bar to saw quickly. Cutting down each piece of wood will give 2 Boards. So, if the players have 50x Wood, they can turn it into 100 Boards in a few minutes.

It is one of the fastest ways to get boards in the game and will players to craft the pens/houses for animals more quickly and progress in the game.
